1. Introduction
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Wifeydoll and identified by a Wifeydoll order number. It explains the reporting periods, covered concerns, remedies, and evidence required for structural, manufacturing, optional-feature, and delivery-related after-sales requests. Wifeydoll companion dolls are intended for private ownership by adults aged 18 and older, and after-sales coverage applies to the original purchaser.
2. Quick Answer
Report delivery damage, missing items, or an incorrect configuration within 48 hours of delivery. Send the order number, a short description, and clear photos to [email protected] from the email used for the order; add a short video for movement or electronic-function concerns. Depending on the classification, Wifeydoll arranges a repair kit with guidance, a replacement part, a replacement of the affected component or doll, or partial compensation. In most cases the doll does not need to be shipped back.
3. Concerns Noticed at Delivery
Inspect the doll from head to toe before first use. If you notice visible damage, a missing item, or a difference from your confirmed order, contact Wifeydoll within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the original packaging and leave the affected area as found until the initial review is complete; do not apply cleaning or repair products beforehand.
4. Warranty Coverage & Remedies
Coverage depends on the type of concern and when it is reported. The remedy is chosen according to the extent of the problem once the evidence has been reviewed.
| Concern | Reporting window | What Wifeydoll arranges |
|---|---|---|
| Minor delivery damage (loose fingernails or eyelashes, smudged makeup, a small surface mark, a protruding finger or toe wire) | Within 48 hours of delivery | Repair kit with guidance, a replacement part, or partial compensation. No return required. |
| Major delivery damage (large skin tear, broken limb, fractured skeleton) | Within 48 hours of delivery | Replacement of the affected head/body, full doll replacement, or a refund. |
| Missing item or incorrect configuration | Within 48 hours of delivery | Resolved with appropriate compensation for the affected option. |
| Optional interactive functions | Within 48 hours of delivery | These functions may occasionally be affected during transit or use. Should this occur, please contact our support team, and we will arrange appropriate compensation for the affected feature. |
| Wear, tear & misuse damage | / | Damage resulting from improper handling or normal wear and tear is not classified as a quality defect. Minor tears caused by improper use can be restored using specialized repair glue, which we can provide upon request. |
Main skeleton failure means breakage that prevents normal use because the full body sex doll can no longer hold, support, or move as designed. Replacement parts and repair kits sent under this policy are shipped at Wifeydoll’s cost. Custom Orders and Ready-to-Ship dolls are covered on the same terms.
5. What Is Not Treated as a Manufacturing Defect
5.1 Mild TPE Odor and Smooth Mold Lines
TPE is a composite material and may have a mild odor under normal conditions, which fades with airing. Smooth mold lines are part of the forming process. Neither is a quality issue.
5.2 Hand-Finished Characteristics
Each doll is finished by hand. Minor skin characteristics, slight makeup variation from the reference images, and fingernails or eyelashes that loosen in transit are not defects; nails and eyelashes can be reattached with the glue supplied in the care kit.
5.3 Appearance Preference
Personal preference is not treated as a manufacturing defect. Promotional images are references. The delivered configuration is verified against the product listing for a Ready-to-Ship doll, and against the confirmed pre-shipment photos, video, and option list for a Custom Order.
5.4 Staining, Wear, and Ownership-Related Damage
Color transfer from clothing, normal wear, and damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, storage, or use are not treated as manufacturing defects. The same applies to electronic functions damaged by operation outside the supplied instructions. Wifeydoll can still provide care or material-specific repair guidance when appropriate.
5.5 Finger or Toe Wire Damage
A bent or broken finger or toe wire is not classified as a main skeleton failure under this policy. A wire found protruding at delivery is handled as minor delivery damage; a wire bent during ownership is handled with repair guidance.
6. What to Include With an After-Sales Request
Write to [email protected] from the email address connected to the order and include the date the issue was first noticed. Keep the product in its current condition until the initial review is complete.
| Evidence | What it should show |
|---|---|
| Order identification | Order number and the email used for the purchase |
| Outer package (delivery concerns) | Photos of the sealed carton, shipping label, inner protection, and any visible impact or opening |
| Product overview | A clear full view showing the doll and the affected area in context |
| Close evidence | Close photos in neutral light, or video, showing the defect, damage, or configuration difference |
| Short video (movement or electronic functions) | The controller, connections, power status, selected setting, and the actual response |
| Unboxing record | Unboxing video or sequential photos, when available |
| Short description | What was found, where it appears, when it was noticed, and whether the product has been used |
7. How Wifeydoll Handles a Request
- You submit your order number, a description of the issue, and the required photos or videos.
- Wifeydoll reviews the submitted evidence against your confirmed configuration, delivery records, and product specifications.
- If any detail is still unclear, we may request specific angles or checks to determine the cause.
- Wifeydoll then classifies the issue and outlines the appropriate solution.
- The agreed remedy is promptly arranged—whether through sending replacement parts, processing a replacement or refund, or providing expert repair guidance.
8. Support After the Warranty Period
For a concern reported after the reporting window, or for damage that occurred during ownership, Wifeydoll still provides care and material-specific repair guidance. Repair kits and replacement parts can be supplied at cost where the supplier makes them available; the price and shipping are confirmed before anything is sent.
9. After-Sales vs. Return & Refund Policy
Use this page for a structural, surface, functional, or delivery-related concern after delivery. For order cancellation, return eligibility, or refund timing, review the Return & Refund Policy. Production and transit times are listed in the Shipping Policy.
10. FAQ
Do I need to ship the doll back for an after-sales claim?
Usually not. Minor damage, missing items, configuration differences, and most structural concerns are resolved with a repair kit, a replacement part, or compensation based on your photos and video. A return is requested only for major damage that calls for a replacement or refund, and in that case Wifeydoll provides the return address and pays the return shipping. Do not send anything back without written confirmation.
How long does the review take?
Wifeydoll normally replies within two business days of receiving complete evidence. Once the concern is classified, a repair kit or replacement part is dispatched and travels on the routes described in theShipping Policy; a refund follows the timing in theReturn & Refund Policy.
Are stains, TPE odor, mold lines, or loose nails defects?
No. Clothing color transfer is ownership-related, mild TPE odor fades with airing, smooth mold lines are part of the forming process, and loose fingernails or eyelashes are reattached with the supplied glue. Section 5 lists the full set of conditions that are not treated as manufacturing defects.
Is the coverage still valid if I have already repaired the doll myself?
Report the problem and send the evidence before attempting a repair. Once glue, solvent, or heat has been applied, the original cause can no longer be verified, and the concern is handled with repair guidance rather than under Section 4.
Does the coverage transfer if I sell or give the doll to someone else?
No. After-sales coverage applies to the original purchaser and the original order number only. For hygiene reasons, a doll that has changed hands is outside the scope of this policy.
